Wild Seeds Agile Learning Community
- see all dates
Wild Seeds Agile Learning Community (ALC) is a mixed-aged learning environment where young people ages 5–15 can play, connect, and explore. Next year, we will offer 4 days per week: Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. We currently meet three days a week from 9am-3pm.
We support young people in deepening valuable relationships—with themselves, with others, and with the world around them. By providing the time, space, tools, and resources that are responsive to kids interests, we empower them to follow their passions and curiosity, leading to meaningful learning experiences and actions on topics they care about.
At Wild Seeds, we see young people as active architects in their own lives and learning. Growth happens in the present—through the relationships, strengths, passions, and interests kids feel strongly about. We encourage kids to bring their skills, questions, and curiosities into our community, using them as a foundation for rich, meaningful learning.
We don’t believe learning should be standardized or forced. Instead, we offer a flexible, supportive environment where youth experience learning as a joyful process.
