The Bellport-Brookhaven Historical Society hosts a Sowing New Life in the New Year workshop for kids, where they can learn about winter sowing and how plants grow. Rowan Loren, founder & creative director of Flora Blue, a floral design studio and micro flower farm, will be on hand to teach the kids.
