This evening begins with an interactive dance activity led by The Washington Ballet’s community engagement team and dancers from The Washington School of Ballet’s trainee division, giving kids a chance to explore movement and storytelling through dance. Guests can also explore the art of set design in a visual presentation highlighting Sergei Prokofiev’s Cinderella, choreographed by Edwaard Liang—a bold reimagining of the timeless tale. Following the activity, Disney’s Cinderella (2015) will be screened in the Great Hall.

This event is picnic-style! Bring your own food, blanket, or lawn chair. No outside alcohol is permitted. Drinks and light snacks (including beer and wine) will be available for purchase. Bags will be checked by security upon entry.
