As part of the Philadelphia Science Festival, families can gather at The Rail Park for a bubbles fest. Learn about the magic of bubble artistry while creating soap masterpieces.

Kids create glistening bubble watercolor art, catch bubbles, blow bubbles with a variety of different tools, and event step inside a giant bubble formed with a hula hoop!
