Greenlight Bookstore partners with NY Writers Coalition and Akashic Books to present the 15th annual Fort Greene Summer Literary Festival.

This year’s event features young writers (6-18 years old) reading alongside published writers for an inspiring afternoon of literature.

Bringing generations of writers together to build on the literary traditions of Fort Greene, the event welcomes four exciting poets and performers: Tina Chang, author of Hybrida; Shira Erlichman, author of Odes to Lithium; Ladan Osman, author of Exiles of Eden; and Nicole Sealey, author of Ordinary Beast. Author of the collection BlackGirl Mansion Angel Nafis acts as the MC of this event.
