Bring a lawn chair or blanket to view the deep partial solar eclipse from Bartow-Pell’s front lawn and watch the moon cover about 90 percent of the sun at maximum eclipse. Bartow-Pell Museum Educator and NYC NASA Solar System Ambassador Robin Vernuccio provides an understanding of what is happening and leads fun eclipse activities for children.
