The Bronx River Alliance hosts a free, family-friendly event that includes canoeing on the Bronx River, a guided nature walk through the park, a park clean-up, educational information about research projects along the Bronx River, and ways to get involved and help steward this amazing community resource.

Activities include:

  • Canoeing on the Bronx River (this activity is first come, first served)
  • Guided Nature Walk to learn about the trees and wildlife in this beautiful urban forest
  • Park clean up – register online in advance
  • Information from EELS Interns about ongoing projects along the Bronx River
