CMOM invites families to focus on fire safety with friends at the FDNY and celebrate the superheros in us and in our community.  

Workshops and PlayWorks Takeover: Fire Safety with the FDNY*
Join CMOM and the FDNY for an afternoon of programs in honor of National Fire Safety Week! Families learn invaluable lessons in fire safety from members of the FDNY through interactive workshops*, learn about firetrucks throughout New York City and play in CMOM’s firetruck, meet the FDNY’s two mascots, Hot Dog and Siren, and participate in a special fire prevention focused Storytime.

Workshop: Helper Capes*
CMOM Educators help kids create fabric capes, celebrating all the ways you can be a helpful person to your friends, family, and community! Make your own superhero logo and add it to your cape.
