The Summit Area YMCA offers everyone the chance to make a difference by giving back on MLK Day. Donation opportunities include a coat drive, an art supply drive, and an essential drive collection. 

Please check the website for specific donation information.

Art Supply Collection (Berkeley Heights Branch): Donated items, such as adult coloring books, colored pencils, and paint brushes. Items are donated to the Lyons Veteran's Affairs Hospital.

Coat Drive (Summit Branch): Coats for all ages are collected and distributed to those in need.

Essentials Drive (The Learning Circle Branch): Personal care items, such as socks, soap, and shampoo, are collected from January 4-18 and distributed to those in need.
