Flow Fest is returning to Fort Lauderdale’s Esplanade Park with a full day of workshops, performances, dance parties, and more. The event will feature more than 40 workshops in flow arts, dance, and yoga.

The 2026 theme, Symbiotic, focuses on interdependence and the positive energy and mutual appreciation that have grown across communities over the past 15 years, inviting participants to explore new ways of growing smarter, happier, stronger, and more joyful together.
