If you're looking for a hero, we know where to find her: Westfield Culver City hosts a female focused comic book pop-up.

SheroCon pop-up comic-con is a one-day celebration of women in comics - conceived by female-centered multimedia company Shero Comics. This free family-friendly event  features some of the biggest Sheroes in comics.

Activities scheduled for the day include: an all-female artist alley, a cosplay contest, face painting, caricatures, hourly raffles, & make-up demos. Additionally, there is a women in film panel discussion, one-on-one Q&A’s with female celebrities and writers from some of Hollywood’s biggest comic books & films.
