Downey's annual Pumpkin Patch Halloween program is held this year at Downey Adult School. Guests can enjoy free spooky fun including carnival games, a photo booth, a caricature artist, face painting and a pet costume parade. Kids ages 2 - 14 can participate in a costume contest.

Free popcorn, cotton candy, hot dogs and drinks.  All dogs must be on a leash. Bring your own Halloween treat bags.
