LitFest in the Dena connects the Pasadena, Altadena, and greater Los Angeles communities with literature and local authors through this free, community literary festival for lovers of the written word

The festival offers a packed weekend of panel discussions, readings, author guest talks, workshops, and literary performances.  The weekend events this year are held at Mountain View Mausoleum.

LitFest theme this year is Books That Make a Difference.

The schedule lists the panels and events, including Saturday's "Walking through Fire" about hope and resilience in middle grade and YA fiction.
