The Aquarium of the Pacific hosts its twenty-second annual Pacific Islander Festival, celebrating the rich and diverse cultures of the Pacific Islands.

Guests can enjoy traditional Pacific Island music and dance, cultural displays, and craft demonstrations; featured cultures include Hawaiian, Tahitian, Samoan, Tongan, Chamorro, Marshallese, Māori, and Fijian, 

 Guests are also invited to explore the Aquarium’s Tropical Pacific Gallery to get up close with marine life found off the coast of Pacific islands, from colorful reef fish to sea turtles. The event also includes the annual Heritage Award ceremony.
