Malibu Creek State Park offers free informative one-hour programs in the campground amphitheater on Saturday evenings this season.
May's program closes out with Chumash elder Dennis Garcia, who shares songs and stories from his culture.

July 26:Twenty-five species of reptiles live locally, including snakes, lizards, and turtles. This program offers live reptiles for you to handle, if you dare.

September 13: Astronomy with Tim Russ - peer through telescopes and learn more about the night sky
Programs are free; no reservations needed. Programs are held on Saturdays starting at 7pm, 7:30pm, or 8pm.
