The Manhattan Beach Parks and Recreation Department's 34th annual Family Halloween Carnival is held at Manhattan Heights Park.

Highlights include carnival games, a costume contest and parade, face painting, a cupcake walk, and more.

Activities require tickets (50¢ to $2) or purchase of a Carnival bracelet ($25). Bracelet includes unlimited use of all Carnival booths and inflatables as well as a combo meal.

Children under the age of 5 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  

The Costume Contest and Parade is from 1pm to 1:30pm on the baseball field.

(This year, there isn't a Teen Center Haunted House.)
