Kids who dream of becoming a veterinarian can get hands-on experience at the Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center's Animal Kids Camps.

These one day camps offer a hands-on STEM-based experience where kids ages 6-13 can explore the exciting world of veterinary care and animal welfare.

Activities include:

  • A behind-the-scenes tour of the on-site veterinary clinic
  • Meeting real animal care professionals and learning what vets do
  • Hands-on learning with pet check-ups, medical tools, and treatments
  • Interactive time with adoptable pets
  • Engaging STEM activities focused on animal health and wellness
