Gold Medal Gymnastics is hosting free trunk-or-treats at all six Long Island locations.

This safe Halloween trick-or-treating event involves visiting the GMGC coaches' cars.

All candy is nut-free and prepacked

Open gym is available inside as well for ages 6 years and up (prepaid) for the following sessions: 9:30-10am, 10:15-10:45am, 11-11:30am, 11:45-12:15pm
