This Valentine’s–themed workshop at The Little Lotus invites tweens and teens to celebrate self-love and all the things that make them awesome.

Through a few mindful moments and a creative art project, kids can explore kindness toward themselves and create a special symbol of their promise to care for and believe in who they are - inside and out.
