The Railroad Museum of Long Island invites guests to its free Holiday Open Houses with a special visit—via the rails—from Santa himself.

Santa arrives from the North Pole at 10:45am on a Fairbanks-Morse four-man track speeder at noon each day with a gift for all children. Refreshments are served and a Lionel Winter Wonderland.

NOTE: December 6-7 is in the Riverhead location (416 Griffing Avenue, Riverhead). December 13-14 is in the Greenport location (440 - 4th Street, Greenport)

Tho location is also open on Saturdays through late December.
