It's almost Howl-O-Ween! Your four-legged friends can dress up for this doggie Halloween festival and pet costume contest at the Michael J. Tully Dog Park.

This is a free, family event featuring music, crafts, fun characters, photobooth, giveaways and more! Learn some bark-tastic information and visit the "Ask the Vet" corner.

Prizes given for best dog costumes and best human and dog duo costumes. To enter the costume contest, participants MUST have their picture taken at the photobooth early!

NOTE: ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED DURING THIS EVENT.
