Teams of Long Island architects, engineers, contractors, designers, and students interested in these fields have spent up to a year designing and building structures made entirely of canned goods, which are displayed in a unique art exhibit open to the public. Canstruction is an international charity of the architecture, engineering, design and construction industries whose mission is to fight hunger in communities by leveraging the tales and creativity of residents in local firms.
