It's time for the 50th Annual Dana Point Parade of Boats Golden Jubilee, and this year the theme is "Carol of the Boats." 

Boat owners from all over Orange County decorate their schooners and yachts to celebrate the season and compete for awards. Kids ages six to 12 help choose the winners each year.

Dana Wharf offers cruises that get up close to view Dana Point's annual Boat Parade of Lights. Families can watch the parade for free from anywhere with a view of the water, or, for a fee, trail the parade on a 90-minute cruise with holiday music.

Start time is 6:30pm
