Local schools, community groups, elected officials, neighbors, and friends participate in the 26th annual Latino Heritage Parade and Festival.
This year’s theme is Somos Pasadena: Seguimos Floreciendo. The parade’s grand marshal is astronaut José M. Hernández, and the educator grand marshal is Martin Dorado.
The parade begins at 10am at the intersection of Los Robles Avenue and Buckeye Street and ends in front of Pasadena City Hall, where the festival takes place from noon to 4pm.
The festival features educational booths, free activities for children, and live entertainment by local groups Food is available for purchase.
