"Charming" is an overused word, but when it comes to certain small towns, no other word will do. New Jersey is a big state, but it does "small town" very well; from Cranford to Chester to the mile square of Hoboken, we're on a quest to find, and present to you, every delightful tiny town in the Garden State.
