The 29th Annual Children's Halloween Parade is one of the city's largest free children's events on Halloween Day!

Children and families are invited to gather at the fountain in Washington Square Park by 3pm to line up for the parade. After the parade, free trick-or-treat bags, games, and rides  await children on West 3rd Street between LaGuardia Place and Mercer Street.
