Spring Valley Nature Center's annual celebration of maple sugar is sweet. See demonstrations of how maple syrup and enjoy historic reenactments.

Enjoy a sweet breakfast of pancakes with real maple syrup, sausage, juice, and coffee for an additional charge. Maple syrup is also available for purchase.  Breakfast will be held under a tent at Merkle Cabin. Transportation will be available from the Nature Center to Merkle Cabin. Dress appropriately for the weather.
