Join GWF staff and volunteers to remove Chinese privet from several areas on the property. Participants will need to arrive at MCNC at 9 am and sign in at the registration tent in the gravel parking lot near the intersection of Mall of Georgia Blvd and Nature Center Parkway.

Please park in between the Bird Watchers Supply Store (1999 Mall of Georgia Blvd) and the former Tuesday Morning Store. PLEASE DO NOT park in front of the Once Upon a Child store or the Bird Watchers Store. Overflow parking places are available across the street in the Mall of Georgia parking lots. Please dress appropriately, including long pants, closed-toed shoes, and gloves. (The property can be muddy after recent rains.) Bring whatever tools you may have, such as loppers, bow saws, and/or pruning shears, as well as items to keep you safe and comfortable like insect repellent, bottled water, sunscreen, sweatbands, headgear, etc. Be advised, there are no restroom facilities at MCNC. The best place for restrooms is probably the Food Pavilion at the Mall of Georgia. Also, be aware there is poison ivy and ticks on the property.
